Before your order is actually placed, you will be given the total including taxes, shipping, and handling in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will be charged in U.S. dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST will be processed on the same day. Orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding Federal holidays.

BACKORDERS

We anticipate products to be in stock and available to ship immediately upon order. Occasionally, there may be an unanticipated high demand for a product or some other unforeseen circumstance that could cause an item to be temporarily out of stock. In these instances, the out-of-stock item will be back ordered for shipment to you at a later date. All items that are in stock will ship immediately.

SHIPMENT TO APO/FPO/DPO AND P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

Most items can be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box. Orders being sent to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box is delivered via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via second-day or overnight service.

SHIPMENTS TO U.S. TERRITORIES, ALASKA, AND HAWAII

Items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories; however, overnight and second-day service is not available for orders being shipped to these locations.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept your return. Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
