3 Graces brings together the great intersection of skin nutrition and cosmetic sciences, crafted into effective, clean formula skin care and color products that really work.
It started when makeup artist + beauty creator Colleen Kirk was searching for a specific lip gloss that didn’t yet exist, so she created it! The lip gloss was the first to infuse color pigments with an organic lip serum featuring Moringa Oil, an incredibly effective moisturizing and barrier protecting ingredient.
Tapping into her knowledge from working with skin scientists, dermatologists and chemists, Colleen enlisted the help of her friend and nutritional science expert to research the most effective, science backed plant based, superfood ingredients for skin. Crafted with plant based, superfood ingredients in clean chemistry formulations, our luxurious, skin loving products nourish, revive, and transform the way skin looks and feels.

Meet Colleen!
My fascination with beauty products began at age 11 after discovering a “Vogue’s Guide to Beauty” book at the library (much to my mother’s chagrin). That began the endless experimentation making skincare products and learning makeup techniques.
I went on to spend my entire career in the cosmetic industry as a makeup artist, product developer and publicist, transforming faces and training other aspiring artists. I studied my craft under and was mentored by some of the greats in the industry, both artists and chemists. I have always created my own version of products, constantly experimenting with how they affect the skin and how they could be better.
My 3 sisters have always been my greatest fans – every year for Christmas they would get a customized makeup bag of the newest and on trend makeup and skin care products for the year, chosen and curated just for them. It is what I love to do. My husband is a classically trained portrait artist and we have had so much fun collaborating on creating the unique 3 Graces color palette for our Radiant Lip Gloss.
The Journey
My experiences from working with thousands of women around the world was the inspiration behind starting 3 Graces. Our perceptions of what “beauty” is from a young age or what we think we should look like at a certain age can influence the way we feel about ourselves. That’s where Grace comes in, knowing that beauty comes from who you are as a person: your spirit, kindness, resilience, generosity and how lift others up. Rocking great skin or a fabulous makeup look can transform you, inspire you and spark confidence, but your outward appearance doesn’t define you.
The words inscribed on each of our products are there as a reminder of what makes you beautiful and that you are enough just the way you are.
And that is the beauty of Grace.
