At 3 Graces Beauty, we believe beauty was never meant to be measured by filters, trends, or impossible standards. True beauty is already written into every woman by her Creator — loved, valuable, and worthy of grace. Outer beauty is simply a reflection of who you are: your talents, gifts, and purpose in life.
Founded by two lifelong friends with more than 60 years of combined expertise in cosmetics, skincare, and nutritional science, 3 Graces was created for women of faith who want their beauty rituals to reflect their values. Working across cultures and countries, we discovered that the most radiant women were often those whose beauty had little to do with appearance. That truth inspired our mission: to serve a sisterhood of women embracing their God-given radiance, uplifting one another, and redefining what it means to be beautiful.

Meet Colleen!
My fascination with beauty products began at age 11 after discovering a “Vogue’s Guide to Beauty” book at the library (much to my mother’s chagrin). That began the endless experimentation making skincare products and learning makeup techniques.
I went on to spend my entire career in the cosmetic industry as a makeup artist, product developer and publicist, transforming faces and training other aspiring artists. I studied my craft under and was mentored by some of the greats in the industry, both artists and chemists. I have always created my own version of products, constantly experimenting with how they affect the skin and how they could be better.
My 3 sisters have always been my greatest fans – every year for Christmas they would get a customized makeup bag of the newest and on trend makeup and skin care products for the year, chosen and curated just for them. It is what I love to do. My husband is a classically trained portrait artist and we have had so much fun collaborating on creating the unique 3 Graces color palette for our Radiant Lip Gloss.
The Journey
My experiences from working with thousands of women around the world was the inspiration behind starting 3 Graces. Our perceptions of what “beauty” is from a young age or what we think we should look like at a certain age can influence the way we feel about ourselves. That’s where Grace comes in, knowing that beauty comes from who you are as a person: your spirit, kindness, resilience, generosity and how lift others up. Rocking great skin or a fabulous makeup look can transform you, inspire you and spark confidence, but your outward appearance doesn’t define you.
The words inscribed on each of our products are there as a reminder of what makes you beautiful and that you are enough just the way you are.
And that is the beauty of Grace.
