Before your order is actually placed, you will be given the total including taxes, shipping, and handling in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will be charged in U.S. dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout.

Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST will be processed on the same day.

We anticipate products to be in stock and available to ship immediately upon order.  Occasionally, there may be an unanticipated high demand for a product or some other unforeseen circumstance that could cause an item to be temporarily out of stock.  In these instances, the out-of-stock item will be backordered for shipment to you at a later date.  All items that are in stock will ship immediately.


Most items can be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box. Orders being sent to a APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box are delivered via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via second-day or overnight service.


Items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories; however, overnight and second-day service is not available for orders being shipped to these locations.

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept your return. Please return the item(s) in the original packaging along with the sales receipt including your e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.

Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

A return label and form with instructions can be found on the invoice included with your order. 

Return the package by way of the U.S. Postal Service.

Pre-paid postage is valid only if mailed in the U.S.. Any other return shipping methods will not be reimbursed. Your portion of the return label has your tracking number and corresponding invoice number(s) for proof of shipment.  3 Graces Beauty is not liable for lost returns.

It may take up to three weeks to process returns and for reimbursement to be issued.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.  Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction. To update your address after placing an order, please Contact Us  before 2:00 p.m. PST on the same day.

On the checkout page, check the box indicating “Ship to a different address?” and then designate the desired shipping address.

Yes, an invoice is included with all orders.  If your order is a gift, please note this in the “Order notes” on the checkout page.  A “gift receipt” will be included with the order.

Confirmation emails are sent within minutes of your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. If you are still not able to locate the confirmation email, please Contact Us and we will re-send that e-mail to you.
